EAM S Jaishankar speaks to his Nepal counterpart Narayan Khadka; both agree to broaden vistas of bilateral cooperation

External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar spoke to his Nepal counterpart Narayan Khadka over phone today. In a tweet, Dr Jaishankar said it was an opportunity to recognize progress on many fronts. He said, India Nepal Development Partnership and Covid collaboration have been noteworthy. He said, they agreed to broaden the vistas of bilateral cooperation.

The External Affairs Minister also spoke to his Nigerian counterpart Geoffrey Onyeama. They conveyed greetings for 2022 and reviewed development of the special relationship between India and Nigeria. Dr Jaishankar said, he is looking forward to an early Joint Commission Meeting at Abuja.
