Kargil Police seized two Tippers loaded with 180 bags of stolen cement.Police spokesperson said that today Inspector Shamim Ahmed I/C SHO P/S Kargil assisted by ASI Mohd Mustafa of PS Kargil intercepted 02 Tippers bearing registration number JK07-0015 and JK01E-8535 loaded by 120 and 60 bags of cement respectively at TCP Shilikchey while checking vehicles. He further said that both the drivers of Tippers left the vehicles upon seeing police naka established ahead which arises suspicion that the tippers as well as loaded cement bags suspected to be stolen. Most probably, the loaded cement bags belongs to some Govt. agency and accordingly I/C SHO P/S Kargil seized 180 bags of cement and both the Tippers under sections 102 Cr.PC and presented before the Judicial Magistrate Kargil. The whole operation was conducted under the close supervision of Ch. Iftkhar Ahmed, Addl. Superintendent of Police, Kargil.
