Union Govt to organise grand event on 20th April, 21st April in Red Fort premises to mark 400th Prakash Gurupurab of Guru Tegh Bahadur
The Union Government will organise a grand event on 20th and 21st of April in the Red Fort premises to mark the 400th Prakash Gurupurab of Guru Tegh Bahadur. The programme is being organised as a part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’. Briefing media in New Delhi today, Union Minister for Culture G. Kishan Reddy informed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the closing ceremony of this Samagam event.
He said, a postal stamp and a coin will be released on the occasion. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will take part in the event on 21st of April. The Minister said, a sound and light show, Shabad Kirtan and other programmes will be organised during the two-day event.
