Russian: Prez Putin says, task of carrying out special military operation in Ukraine will involve professional military service members

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the task of carrying out the special military operation in Ukraine will involve only professional military service members. In his message on the eve of International Women’s Day, the Russian President said, Conscript soldiers are not participating in the operation and will not be in the future.

President Putin addressed the relatives of servicemen who are now participating in the special military operation.

Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine on February 24.
