More than 192 crore 97 lakh COVID vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far under the Nationwide Vaccination Drive. The Health Ministry said, more than 14 lakh 41 thousand doses were administered in the last 24 hours. During the same period, two thousand seven hundred and ten new cases were reported in the country.
India’s active caseload currently stands at 15 thousand 814 and it is at 0.04 per cent. The recovery rate is currently at 98.75 per cent. The weekly positivity rate currently stands at 0.52 per cent while the daily positivity rate is at 0.58 per cent.
A total of 84 crore 88 lakh COVID tests have been conducted in the country so far. In the last 24 hours, more than four lakh sixty five thousand tests were conducted.
