General Terms & Conditions :
Minimum service/home visit charge of Rs. 250 that the service expert charges for their advice on the problem. This will eventually get absorbed in the final invoice if you avail the services of the expert otherwise only home visit charges shall be levied.
We provide repair specialists who can work with any brand or make of the equipment. They are also experts with any kind of repair or replacement of faulty parts.
The repair service provided by us includes complete diagnosis of the problem with the malfunctioned equipment. Identifying problems like busted electronic/electrical parts, issues with PCB, etc. Replacing spare parts if need on chargeable basis as per actual cost of the required part only after the consent and approval of the customer.
We take pride in hiring service professionals who will give spare parts that are original and come with a manufacturer guarantee/warranty wherever applicable.
For your safety which is our main concern, our professional visit your home/office with proper identity/address proof and also provide attested copy of his/her identity/address proof to the customer before the commencement of the service.
