India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has crossed 208 crore 58 lakh mark. More than 22 lakh vaccine doses were administered today.
The Union Health Ministry said, the cumulative first dose of Covid vaccine have been administered to over 102 crore 15 lakh and second dose have been administered to more than 93 crore 82 lakh.
The Ministry said, over twelve crore 55 lakh precaution doses have been administered to the identified categories of beneficiaries including Health Care Workers, Front Line Workers and people above 18 years of age.
