India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has crossed 203 crore 17 lakh mark. More than thirty-six lakh vaccine doses were administered today. Union Health Ministry said that the cumulative first dose of Covid vaccine administered to over 101 crore 91 lakh and second dose administered to 93 crore 12 lakh. Over eight crore thirteen lakh precaution doses have been administered to the identified categories of beneficiaries including Health Care Workers, Front Line Workers, and people above 18 years of age. The Ministry said, more than six crore 61 lakh vaccine doses have been administered to the children in the age group of 12 to 14 years so far.
