Over 181 crore 21 lakh doses of COVID vaccines have been administered in the country under the nationwide vaccination drive so far. The Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry today said, more than 15 lakh 34 thousand Covid vaccine doses were administered to the eligible beneficiaries yesterday.
The country reported over one thousand seven hundred new Covid cases in the last 24 hours. Currently, India’s active caseload stands at over 26 thousand. Over three thousand Covid patients have recovered during the last 24 hours and the national recovery rate stands at 98.74 per cent. More than four crore 24 lakh patients have recovered from COVID-19 in the country so far. The Ministry said, more than 78 crore 26 lakh COVID-19 tests have been conducted so far.
