India administers over 192.38 crore COVID vaccine doses; recovery rate stands at 98.75 percent
More than 192 crore 38 lakh COVID vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. The Health Ministry said, more than eight lakh 81 thousand doses were administered in the last 24 hours. During the same period, two thousand and 22 new COVID cases were reported in the country.
India’s Active caseload currently stands at 14 thousand 832 and it is at 0.03 percent. The recovery rate is currently at 98.75 percent. A total of two thousand 99 people have recovered in the last 24 hours and total recoveries touched over four crore 25 lakh and 99 thousand.
The Ministry said, the Weekly Positivity Rate stands at 0.49 percent and the Daily Positivity Rate is at 0.69 percent. A total of 84 crore 70 lakh COVID tests have been conducted in the country so far. In the last 24 hours, more than two lakh 94 thousand tests were conducted.
