The Income Tax Department is conducting searches at the residence of former head of National Stock Exchange, Chitra Ramakrishna in Mumbai. Official sources said the raids are being conducted at other places related to her as well.
Chitra Ramkrishna is accused of sharing confidential information of NSE with a spiritual guru. Recently, she was penalised by the SEBI for passing sensitive information to an outsider.
