I&B Minister Anurag Thakur holds meeting with CEO of Dubai Tourism, says project aims at overseas employment of Indians

Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur today held a meeting with Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing in Dubai. It was a free-wheeling discussion on Dubai’s strengths in tourism Media and Entertainment sectors.

Yesterday, the Minister launched TEJAS (Training for Emirates Jobs And Skills) at Dubai Expo.

In his address, Mr. Thakur said, the project is aimed at skilling, certification, and overseas employment of Indians. The Minister also held a discussion with the Minister of State for International Cooperation of UAE, Reem Al Hashimi. He also held a series of discussions on investment opportunities with industry leaders from film and entertainment industry in India and UAE.
