Home Minister Amit Shah, virtually inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for various projects of the Gujarat Government worth 1200 crore rupees at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar today, September 13.
Addressing a function organized at Gandhinagar to mark the completion of one year tenure of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Mr. Shah said Gujarat is playing a key role in achieving the dream of Self Reliant India.
The Minister said Gujarat accounts for 57 percent of the country’s total foreign investments in the last year. He said the state also holds a 30 percent share of the country’s total exports. Mr. Shah also said that Gujarat has established a model of good governance for the country.
Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel reaffirmed the government’s commitment to the welfare of the people. Mr. Patel reiterated that the government is giving the highest priority for taking development to the last mile.
