EAM S Jaishankar meets Philippines Defence Minister, discusses national security challenges

External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar met Philippines Defence Minister Delfin Lorenzana yesterday. In a tweet, Dr Jaishankar said they had a good discussion on national security challenges and expanding defense cooperation. He is on a three-day visit to Philippines.

Dr Jaishankar also had a warm conversation on economic recovery and development cooperation with Philippines Finance Minister and Agriculture Minister. He appreciated their long association with India and their enthusiasm for strengthening our partnership.
