Budget Session 2022: Rajya Sabha Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu expresses satisfaction over disruption-free proceedings

Rajya Sabha Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu has expressed satisfaction over the disruption-free proceedings in the Upper House yesterday. Mr. Naidu added that the debate in the House witnessed assertions on the Government’s side with regard to its achievements while the opposition questioned them. He expressed hope that this spirit will continue in the remaining part of the Budget Session. Earlier, the Chairman rejected a notice of opposition to suspend the business and discuss the Pegasus issue.
